NBC revives "Knight Rider"
Having already brought back "Bionic Woman," NBC is putting together a two-hour backdoor pilot that would revive the 1980s series in a "Transformers"-like fashion under the helm of "Bourne Identity" director Doug Liman. As Variety reports: "Peacock is readying a two-hour backdoor pilot for the project, with tentative plans to air it as a telepic later this season. Liman is open to the idea of directing, assuming his feature sked allows. If the telepic clicks, a new-model 'Knight Rider' could be on the air as early as next fall." There's no word if David Hasselhoff will be involved in any capacity.

David Hasselhoff will play himself on E!'s "Tales From the Hoff"
Ryan Seacrest is producing the scripted "Curb Your Enthusiasm"-like comedy that'll poke fun at The Hoff. As Variety reports, "While 'Tales From the Hoff' will center on a fictional character, the similarities between that character and Hasselhoff are obvious, including Hasselhoff's marital status (he divorced last year).
