There is no such restaurant -- and therefore no such mailing list for -- Chicago Pizza Explosion so half the reasons for Liz Lemon keeping her address in Cook County are bogus.
- I'm not sure when the last time Illinois was a swing state, but I don't think Liz Lemon was a voter then, so there goes the other half.
That said, PunkAndy never got his Illinois driver's license because his Arizoona one doesn't expire until 2039 (his 65th birthday) so sometimes folks don't become full residents of states for reasons that seem silly at first glance (especially a first glance at his dyed blonde hair in his picture that nobody ever believes its him as bars...even though he's cute in both the picture and in person, he definitely looks like a different cute guy...as I fully assume will be the case in 2039...which seems like the distant future so it's probably when we'll get our first gay president... or sadly, as Andy has just pointed out to me, a gay married person.)
