One of the highlights of 2008 was, of course, the Doctor Who convention Chicago TARDIS 2008. And one of the highlights of that was meeting and attending panels withwriter and "dramatist" (fancy word from his Wikipedia page) Simon Guerrier. He's on the right in this blurry cell phone shot I took to commemorate this particular writing panel in which I dared myself to dedicate more of my life to the creative arts -- because if I could ever meet writers as fun as this group appeared to be -- rather than the drab literary types I usually associate with the profession, I'd be a happier man.
